Cosplay is always a great element to gaming and pop culture as a whole and at Norty Nerds we love to see the sexy and creative side. We will be hosting a cosplay competition at each event with some awesome prizes up for grabs.

COSPLAY IS NOT CONSENT

Norty Nerds has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind, including but not limited to: stalking; intimidation; offensive verbal comments; physical assault and/or battery; harassing or non-consensual photography or recording; sustained disruption of panels, signings and other events; bathroom policing; inappropriate physical contact; unwelcome physical attention.

In relation to, but not limited to: race, colour, national origin, gender, gender identity, gender presentation, sexual orientation, age, body size, disability, appearance, religion, citizenship, pregnancy.

If a person engages in harassing behaviour, Norty Nerds Staff will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate, including removal from the event with no refund. This will also result in a permanent ban from future Norty Nerds events in all states. Our policy applies to EVERYONE at the convention; Exhibitors, Fans (Attendees), Speakers, Guests, Media, Staff, Volunteers and Security are all subject to our anti-harassment policy.
